I don't even know where to begin with this review. Not because the book was bad, but because it was so DAMN GOOD!!! Part 3 picked up right where part 2 left off. Normally within a series, the books don't cover the previous books, but I like how Nika Michelle back references the previous book. It made the transition to book 3 seemless. This book was filled with drama, suspense, street romance and urban street literature, but had the right balance of each.This story, rather this series was very well developed. The character development was AWESOME and you saw growth with each character. I was not ready for all the twists and turns in the books, but they all went well and kept you guessing and on the edge of your seat. The book was unpredictable and the suspense will keep you wanting more and more and MORE.
I particularly liked this book because it had scenes in New Orleans and being from Louisiana it's always good to read about your state in a book. Nika wrote about the black magic so elegantly and in a way that had you wanting to go and research the stuff yourself. I like how each character had a story within the story, but it all flowed smoothly.
There's so much I want to say about the book but I'm not one to give spoilers...but I will HIGHLY recommend this bbok, well the WHOLE series. This was a great read and I hope that it's not the end....I read this book in one setting in about 4 hours. And I'm hoping that this isn't the end....especially with the ending of the book. GREAT job Nika Michelle.

What can I say I simply love this book the way ms.nika writes is just marvelous it's like watching a movie I hate when. It ends.. I love her mind I call her queen fictioness.. The way she takes characters and give them life in words ... I feel like I know all of the characters😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
I HAD PURCHASE AND READ THE FIRST INSTALLMENT OF BLACK BUTTERFLY ABOUT 2 YRS AGO...JUST PURCHASE 2&3 ABOUT A COUPLE DAYS AGO...I HAD TO READ SERIES ONE OVER BEFORE I STARTED SERIES TWO AND THREE...HOW BOUT IT TOOK ME THREE DAYS TO READ ALL...WHAT A GOOD READ...I WILL DEFINITELY READ A BOOK FOUR....GOOD SERIES TO NIKA MICHELLE...MY NEW FAVORITE ARTHOR ....THANK YOU...HURRY UP WITH THE INSTALLMENT PLZ....LOL..

Black Butterfly, Black Onyx, Black Magic. For all that haven't read this trilogy I would like to recommend it as a good read. Twist, turns, drama, love, hate you name it this trilogy has it. It ended happily ever after for the entire Beauvois family. Nika you left just enough room for more.......hmmmm
I'm just in love with this series, the sisters, and the writing. If you haven't read any of the Black Butterfly series, I don't know what you've been doing with your life.
Read them in order for max effect; each book can stand alone however. Nika, you have a gift and I am glad to continue supporting your talent.
There was a lit going on in this installment with relationship drama at the top of the list. Seandra had a a black magic spell put on her and Seantay had several men stalking her but in her case thats not new. Renell's drama was mild compared to her sisters. Looks like there may be another installment coming, lets see what the sisters get into next.
Book 3 was worth waiting for. These sisters made you want more. I really hate the story ended but it ended on a good note. I love a happy ended and you gave me just that. I could not ask for a better story line or a better ending. I do not feel the story was rushed I felt you gave me what I needed to get to the happy place at the end. You are a great author so continue doing what you do. Thanks again for a great series.
Some authors have it and some are still searching for that hit, but Nika Michelle has it all. I honestly believe that I've read every book published with her name on the front regardless if she was the author or editor (she has uber talent in that department as well). As soon as you start to read Black Magic everything comes back to you immdiately from books 1 & 2 (MUST READS). Nika Michelle takes us on an adventure that introduces us to some new characters who come in at the right time and some blast from the past. Love is tested and each sister has up and downs. The sisters have matured and it is refreshing to read the changes on each page. Once again I cried, laughed and enjoyed this third book just like I enjoy the first two. Nika Michelle has a god given talent and I hope she continues to bless us all with her work. A standing ovation is order for this young talented woman, I am so proud of her and her talents.
